In-N-Out Burger

We’ve been to this In-N-Out a few times, it's located in the northeast corner of the city of industry, and as with all the In-N-Out, the customer service is great. The workers are courteous friendly and attentive. We ordered a triple cheeseburger, a double cheeseburger, two fries, and a large fountain drink Dr Pepper is our favorite. We always order the fries light we don’t like them so crunchy today we had the burgers with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, and onions and extra sauce on Mines. I sometimes order animal-style, they’re delicious either way. We sure enjoyed our dinner.

This was the first In N Out I have ever been to that didn’t have a drive thru. It was still pretty great. The only thing I took note of is how loud it was, I understand the need to call out numbers for people to pick up orders but it was chaotic at some point and almost anxiety inducing. I feel like there should be a better system in place for that. Or, maybe it’s always been that way and I’m just getting old.

Ordered a hamburger with extra tomatoes and a double double. Fries on the side! The fries portion was a bit disappointing but overall it’s a quick and delicious food. Their staffs were wearing their masks and they now have a clear cover in front between them and customers. It’s also super empty because of covid. I’ve never seen it this empty before. Their drinks section are all automatics! You don’t need to press a button but to just put your finger in between the censor. I didn’t get a photo of the drink section.

I've heard a lot of reputation of In-N-Out awhile ago, as my GF claimed this was the best fast food in the States (in friendly price category). Since I finally had a chance to visit Los Angeles, so this is one of the must thing to do in Los Angeles. So here we go! First, we'd arrived at 7:30 PM and It wasn't packed, the atmosphere was the bright, clean, and friendly staff. Second, we'd ordered three of set no. 1, and 1 cheeseburger. My friend knew how to make In-N-Out burgers better since he's local. He got me an over-baked burger, so the burger skin was very crispy, and give a sense of crunchiness every bite when we chewed. This location is so clean and friendly. They was gonna close in 20mins and they still let order some food. They had no attitude and good customer service.
