I always loved chillis! This location has good vibes AND the food was hot, fresh, tasty and made with love. Thank you to our server, she was so polite too ❤️ it was also one of the staffs birthday. Happy Birthday whoever you were 🍰

Our servers name was Jennifer. She was so sweet and kind. She was constantly checking on us and chatting with us, which made our experience enjoyable. The rest of the employees were very kind and complimented me and my friends on our looks. Overall was a great experience and amazing, and quick service + food. I live 3 hours away, but if I’m ever back in Charleston I will be back here!

I got my order to go, but I went inside to order because I had a gift card and it was taking me forever to try and do it in the app. The girls were all great with customer service! I got my order faster than anticipated, too!

Ok accidentally ordered a black bean burger not a regular burger online.my mistake but I called within seconds of my purchase. On hold for maybe 5 minutes and they said they would correct it. I wasn't even asking for the price difference either. I still got the black bean burger and it was packed with about 1/4 cup onion..or more. If they couldn't fix it they wouldn't have said so and I could have picked something else up

Ordered 2 $19.00 salads and they were both incorrect. Wrong dressing on both ridiculously small portions, no utensils and no napkins. Waste of time and money.
