So I was feeling down, not because of George but because I didn’t get my Christmas wish…still married🤨!! We did take out and when I arrived it was sitting on the counter…that’s service!! The guy at the counter was in a purple crushed velvet suit that was 🔥🔥 !! I had the General Tso’s Chicken(pic) which was good, not great but good! Egg rolls were good but not a huge fan of the “duck sauce”. It was watery and had a fruity taste! Wife had the Volcano Fried Rice which she enjoyed!! I tried some and it was very good!! I went to lunch today with my daughter and had a great experience! The food was fresh and prepared perfectly! The servers were great! The atmosphere was really nice! I highly recommend Chikara!!

Went with the whole fam for my nephew's 21st bday, this is a perfect place, food was fresh and delicious, everything tasted good, none of them was disappointing. Everyone was happy and having a good time. Service was excellent, Carmina was amazing, very helpful, always smiling, our water never empty. Good price, good food, good service, totally recommended, and definitely will be coming back.

We stopped into Chikara on a whim, and it ended up being one of those unexpectedly great finds you want to tell everyone about—but also kind of keep to yourself. Quietly tucked inside a plaza, this BYOB has a surprisingly high-end feel the moment you walk in. From the buttery-soft banquettes to the elegant gold koi fish illuminated on the wall, the space feels thoughtful, calm, and elevated. Add in the sushi bar and clearly expert sushi chefs, and you know you’re in good hands. We ordered several varieties of sushi, including specials, and every single piece was fresh, balanced, and beautifully executed. New Asian/Sushi Restaurant in town. Chikara Sushi & Asian Bistro. This place is amazing. In small strip mall next to the Granite Run Shopping Center (same strip of stores as Enterprise). I included some pics of the inside and some dishes so you can see this place is very nice. You would never know it from outside. Don't let the entrance deceive you, the food and atmosphere are great. Service was fast, very friendly, great food and more upscale than you would think. Great date spot. I don't know what the 1 star was talking about, the Sushi was amazing, the food was amazing and the price was in line with what it should be. Take my advice (and all the 5 stars as well). We WILL be back.
