Chicken Salad Chick

Really positive experience at this Chicken Salad Chick location. We were greeted promptly and kindly and it didn't take long to get our order. Everything tasted delicious and the portions were enough that we left feeling satisfied. Although the parking lot was a bit challenging to navigate with a larger vehicle, it didn't detract from the overall positive experience. I highly recommend this location and will be returning.

Management and staff ruin this location unfortunately. Don’t waste your time ordering online. It won’t be ready when you arrive. They will say the ticket never printed and you will have to wait. Has happened to me on three separate occasions. The manager man who works lunch shift is also very unprofessional. Training is needed here for all staff but the food is good.

My 1st experience!!! I LOVED the food, the experience, the decor, all of it!! I ordered the Fruity Franny and was absolutely in love with the flavor! (One sour note: I DID find a long, dark hair in half of my sandwich but when I pointed it out the employees quickly took care of it by fixing me another sandwich.... This time without the extra protein!!) lol. I most definitely will be coming back!

I have eaten here before a few times and my food has been good. This time around I was not satisfied with my Grape Salad. It had little to no sweet cream, really just grapes and nuts. Very disappointed as I have been craving this. A little pissed also cause I spent $18.

Food was delicious!!! I highly recommend this place if you are eating in a calorie deficit and want to go out. Portions and calories are great I felt satisfied when I left Customer service was amazing! They were patient while we were deciding what we wanted Atmosphere and environment was light, airy and clean We will definitely be back!
