Chicken Fiesta Midlothian

I ordered crispy tacos but the counter got it mixed up and gave me grilled steak tacos instead — honestly a happy mistake. The steak was tender, flavorful, and everything tasted fresh. Not what I planned to get, but I’d definitely order them again. Good meal at Chicken Fiesta. 👍

It’s always flavorful, juicy, and cooked just right. You can really taste the freshness in every bite, and the sides complement the chicken perfectly. Another thing I really appreciate is how fresh and clean the restaurant is. The dining area is well-kept, and everything feels organized and welcoming. It makes the whole experience even better knowing you’re eating in a clean and comfortable environment. Overall, Chicken Fiesta delivers great food and a great atmosphere. I’m disappointed with the way I was treated today. I come to this Chicken Fiesta every week with my family, and we usually have a good experience, but today was different. When I asked for a little more yellow sauce, the staff member handling the to-go orders refused and told me, “It is already too much.” I only wanted two more small sauces. I even asked again politely for just one more, and he still said no. It’s a very small request, and I didn’t like his attitude at all. It felt unnecessary and unprofessional. On the positive side, the cashier girl was excellent. She was very attentive, helpful, and kind, and she made the experience much better. I really appreciate her service. Overall, I usually like this place, which is why this situation surprised me. I hope management looks into

A group of us, coworkers came in for lunch on a weekday. We got there a little after they opened for the day, but right before the lunch rush – this place gets busy! Service was excellent from everyone, but mostly the lady who took our orders and rang us up. Many of us had questions and she gladly explained everything and answered them for us, even made great suggestions. It didn’t take long for the food to be prepared… it looked and smelled amazing and tasted great! The chicken was moist and full of flavor. Their ribs were so very tasty and tender and not very fatty too! Yuca and cole slaw were also very good. And save room for dessert, they make a very nice tres leche cake. Would highly recommend coming here!

1st time trying. Got the chicken sandwich. It was almost like a chicken Philly. Very good and delicious. Chicken very tender and seasoned well. Will be back to try other things. Highly recommend.
