Chicken Express

Gizzards and livers so over cooked they shatter when you bite them. Fries were cold and taste like fish, okra taste disgust also like fish. The register lady was super sweet, her coworkers left a lot to be desired. All in, it was awful. We went to Braums instead. My first and probably last experience with this restaurant!!! Can not recommend this place, the food wasn't edible or palatable.....

I had a very unsatisfactory experience. The orders were not prepared according to the established procedures, and I observed staff placing cleaning supplies in food preparation areas and failing to wear gloves.

We come to Chicken Express because my wife likes chicken livers. The trouble is that they are only good if they are fresh from the fryer. So that means we always have to wait for our “fast food”. Most of the time I enjoy dark meat pieces. The ones I had here were overcooked to the point of being dry white meat. I think it is underhand to charge extra for credit card use without posting it prominently at the point of sale. Business owners who feel like they must make this charge should consider that back in the days of checks, they had a certain amount of bad check loss and their bank charged them 10 to 15 cents per check deposited in their account. Even cash has its own expenses. Management time must be spent counting and preparing it for deposit. Then there is always shrinkage. Solution!

It's always fresh it seems but it's kind of bland except the french fries are pretty good all the time drinks usually suck customer service kid get better but at least they're not rude

No one was in the dining room when we got there, except for a baby asleep in a stroller.There were 3 vehicles in the drive thru. We saw at least 4 employees, including one who appeared to be a manager. 3 employees looked our direction, but we were not greeted or acknowledged. We waited about 4 minutes until someone came to the register. She never spoke. No what can I get you. No sorry about the wait. Nothing. We placed our order. It came out in 8 minutes. We checked our order for accuracy before we exited the store. Everything looked good. Very, very poor customer service.
