I ordered a medium beef pizza on thin crust with extra sauce and the lava cakes When it got to my house, my order was wrong. They put it on hand tossed dough. I called up there and let them know. The manager was so rude to me and it took Them another 40 minutes to deliver it to my house, even though I can literally see the store from my address And when it got here, it was on thin crust, but it was totally burnt. It’s like they did it on purpose. I took pictures of it. It was supposed to be my kids dinner. This is absolutely unacceptable. Do not order from them. They don’t care about quality or customer service system. In general manager does not be to be employed there. She is not it very unprofessional very unapproachable and just downright nasty and rude. I moved here from AZ two years ago this January and we’ve probably (embarrassingly) ordered Dominos once a month since we’ve been here! We’ve only ever had an issue maybe twice and we’ve always been compensated! The food is always so good! Staff is always so friendly and the delivery drivers are always so kind! Big huge shoutout to our delivery guy who delivered our pizza to us tonight in all this snow! My car wouldn’t have made it! Thank you so much!
If I wanted popcorn chicken I would have went to Walmart only 5 out of my 16 where decent size and two of there where just batter. one more chance hopefully it's better next time penny for size the camera kinda makes them look bigger
I have never contacted corporate before but my husband and I were blown away with this particular Dominoes. I sent an email to corporate about how pleasant the employees were, how clean the facility was, and how beautiful the food came out. I’ve lived in many, many, places and I’ve never seen dominoes pizza come out so appealing. Whoever was working on 11/17/25 at around 830 PM needs plenty of verbal praise and RAISES! We are SUPER happy with this place!
Ordered thin pizza and cheese bread. Pizza was crunchy and perfect. Store was clean, employees ALL greeted me as they were working. All polite.
