⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Chick-fil-A Yorktown is the best! The food is always fresh and consistent, and the staff is friendly and efficient every time I visit. What really sets this location apart is the play area—it’s clean, well-kept, and perfect for families. It makes dining in so much easier and more enjoyable. Great service, great food, and a welcoming environment. Highly recommend this location!

I have enjoyed Chick-Fil-A for over 30 years. A bit pricey but the food is good. As a customer I've always been appreciative of the friendly staff. When my daughter was young They use to give Little Golden Books with kids meals which I thought was a wonderful gesture. A gift with purpose instead of some junky toy. I visited a location in Newport News, Va today and my bill was $16.78. I handed the cashier a twenty and 78 cents in change. CORRECT CHANGE! And was told the Kiln Creek location no longer takes pennies! This is ridiculous! So the girl counts out 3 ones and 25 cents which means I came out ahead by 3 cents. So they'd rather lose money than accept full payment. This is a stupid policy. Pennues ARE LEGAL TENDER!

I went to the drive-thru. Ordered the regular chicken sandwich meal large. I'm staying within 0.5 miles of the store, the waffle fries were cold when i got back, chicken sandwich was only able to finish half because I didn't want to eat a chunk of fat or grisle, but the lemonade was good. I probably won't return to this location

I went on Friday night and I really appreciate the service Alexis provided at the window at 7:15pm! She was so sweet and kind and really went above and beyond. Also hearing how sweet she was with her coworkers made me happy because you could tell there was good culture between everyone

I’ve been coming here for years, but for the past few times i’ve done carry out I’ve been ignored. I watch countless people come from the door, or to refill their drinks and they’re greeted with smiles far before me. I bet if my name was more stereotypical i’d get my food quicker
