Chick-fil-A

We go to the same Chick-fil-A in Exton - on Eagleview blvd or Downingtown location on RT 30 - PA on a weekly basis. The entire working staff is great. Customer service, quality of food, and wait time are really above average. They set the bar so high that when I go to another Chick-fil-A they can't beat the service standards. Thanks for wonderful service.

Rebecca was our cashier, she was friendly and patient. The overall service was slower than expected and didn’t reflect the usual friendly Chick-fil-A experience. Several staff members were loud and engaged in extended conversations unrelated to work, which seemed to impact efficiency. Although there were many employees present, it still took quite a long time to receive our food. I have great respect for the work the owner does and for bringing this favorite restaurant to such a convenient location at Concord Mall. That said, it may be helpful to revisit customer service and staff training to ensure the experience aligns with the brand’s usual standards.

I eat at Chick-fil-A more than I probably should, and I leave a lot of reviews—so this isn’t coming from someone unfamiliar with the brand. I ordered the chicken strips, and they were flat-out not edible. They looked overcooked, but the real issue was the grease. It tasted old and left the strips with a burnt, bitter flavor. I let the staff know, and they remade the order, but somehow the second batch was even worse. They did issue a refund, but beyond that, I didn’t feel valued as a customer at all. The experience definitely fell short—nothing about it reflected the true Chick-fil-A standard I’m used to. It felt like the kind of service you’d expect somewhere else, not here. Absolute trash. Ordered literally while we were in Boscovs and walked right over to chikfila and waited by the mobile orders. Didn’t call our name at all, waited like 35 minutes sitting there because they were steady not overly busy we didn’t want to interrupt. We finally asked about our order and learned it was stolen? Apparently that’s a common issue here, so we had to wait even longer to have everything remade. They gave us 3 “be our guest” cards. Mind you - two are for breakfast which we didn’t order and one was for a sandwich and it was already used? Like actual trash. Go down the road to Chadds Fords chick-fil-a. :)

Went in at lunchtime for take out salad. No dressing in the bag- although the receipt says +Avo Ranch and no fork in the bag- but somehow a spoon and knife made it in the bag. I’ll stay at Ave. North for lunch from now on.
