Chick-fil-A

There is absolutely no way this location upholds the standards and culture of the chick fil a brand, because how could you allow food to leave your restaurant looking this way. I waited in line for almost 30 minutes at 10:30 in the morning. All I wanted was a quick bite before I started working and I couldn’t even eat the food that I purchased.

The paper towel dispenser in the men’s room is mounted so low on the wall above the opening for the trash can that the paper is dispensed and is already going into and touching the trash. So that means all your employees who have dried their hands with that toilet paper are then spreading trash germs throughout your restaurant. I look forward to vomiting up my food and never coming back. You could call a carpenter/contractor, or probably one of fifteen employee’s family members to fix the issue. But you won’t - You’re chick-fill-your-food-with-dirty-trash-hands.

Generally, my experience is great! Today, I went to Chick-fil-A for lunch, noting I haven't been there in some time. So much so that I actually ordered a large fry because I was excited to taste the fries with the Polynesian sauce. As one can see in the pictures, someone dumped an entire trough of salt on my fries. Given that the fries are waffle fries, there's no way to wipe the salt off. I did call customer care, and yes, I was given a free fry; however, I spent my lunch break on the phone with customer care. I'm not going back to this particular Chick-fil-A just for fries. Even though I was given a free large fry, I don't frequent Chick-fil-A enough to be thrilled about free fries.

The drive thru was packed and we had at least 6 cars in front of us, plus as many in the side lane. I pulled up the mobile app expecting I could order online faster than waiting in line. I was wrong. They got us through so fast, I was halfway through my order online when we pulled up to the young lady taking orders. Chick-fil-A never disappoints in any city in any state. They do it right by not skimping on employees and training them well.

I usually order the side salad and a small order of nuggets which I break up into the salad. Apple cider vinaigrette dressing is great on this. I love this lunch, and have never been disappointed. Until today. The lettuce today was only ok. Not as fresh and green as usual. And I had to pick out several pieces that were brown and black. Sorry to write a negative review, but figured you would want to know so you can fix it. Also took longer than usual to get our food this time.
