This Chick-fil-A location in Radnor, PA has very professional staff members that have great customer service skills. The staff had my food order hot and ready with quick timing. The food was good and I will definitely return when I'm in the area. Keep up the good work 👍

This rating is 100% related to this location’s inability to support takeout, delivery and delivery app business. It’s a complete zoo and with the new geo location based prioritization, prepare to wait 30 minutes for cold food. Chik Fil A prides themselves on customer service and should not allow this to exist. It’s a tough location with no ability to support drive thru. So I feel bad for the owner and worse for the zookeeper staff that need to manage the circus. But, they need to figure out a way to better manage the traffic, limit the services this location supports, or move. Cold nuggets were still dang good. The cold fries, not so much.

This is one of my favorite Chick-Fil-A restaurants. The interior design is beautiful and unique from their other restaurants in the Philadelphia market. The customer service is top-notch, and the food is always hot and fresh. The operator does a terrific job. Highly recommend!

I brought 42 of my track and field athletes to this Chick-fil-A and it was the best experience I’ve ever had with Chick-fil-A! They got through 17 of my women athletes orders in under 20 minutes! Would highly recommend. Thank you Marisol for a fantastic experience!

We had a great experience here yesterday. Line moved quickly and order taken correctly. Plenty of seating inside and tables/garbages constantly being cleaned/emptied. Our order was brought to our table fairly quickly considering it was lunch rush and alot of customers. We will definitely be back!
