Chick-fil-A

Went for the opening and the staff was really efficient and courteous. We dined in and despite the big crowd had no problems finding a seat, getting our food to the table, and being checked on by staff for refills and condiments. The drive thru was moving quickly and anyone who wore a cow costume got free food for opening day. Lol. That is done, but it was fun to see all the people dressed up. Friendly staff, fast service, play area for kids, plenty of outdoor seating, and chick fila quality on everything. Definitely glad they opened this location!

Slowest drive thru in NKY… And they need to stop catering to Karens that hold up the line due to not knowing how to use the mobile order app, or who complain and want different fresh fries. Literally had to turn my car off and was at a stand still for almost 15 minutes today because some old Karen made the employee look at her phone and fix an order, then she made them remake her milkshake. You need to send these people to a parking spot and then deal with their nonsense there and let the line move. When I want my food I want it fast, not 15-20 minute waits. I won’t be back for awhile.

We were really excited when this new location was announced, as we live very close. However, we have ended up going to Mall Road because of how slow this location is. A 10 to 15 minute wait is the standard. And frustratingly, the mobile order is often slower than it would be to order at the restaurant. I hoped in time they would find their footing, but it has been several months with no improvement.

We LOVE Chick-fil-A…. This new location is wonderful but a common theme of conversation is that they must have different ovens. The food often seems over cooked or crispy. I thought it was just me, until I started asking others. I found out that I’m not alone, others feel the same way. However, we still love it!

We as a family think that the new restaurant is the BEST in Northern KY. We haven't had a bad experience so far. Food been excellent. All the SERVERS have been AWESOME from the ones taking our food order to the ones handed it out to us. Very HELPFUL. KEEP UP the WONDERFUL SERVICE.. The Howards
