What a great find in Boone County! The Strip Quality Meats is the kind of place you hope to stumble across and then never want to keep to yourself. Their butcher selection is outstanding — beautiful cuts, high quality, and clearly handled with care. We also grabbed sandwiches made to order, and they were fantastic. Fresh, flavorful, and made exactly how you want them. As a bonus, they carry Archer & Company coffee, which is a huge win. Great meat and great coffee under one roof? Yes, please. The service really sets them apart. The associates were friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. Was so excited to hear we were getting a butcher in town. Stopped by today for the first time. Everything was so clean, meat looked to fresh, well presented and the staff were super helpful and friendly. Can’t wait to go back !

Absolutely amazing! I've been meaning to get up here since they opened, and I'm so mad it took me so long! My husband and I have been trying to eat better quality food and even went as far as to get our first half cow to start, but have been looking for somewhere local to get the rest of our meat. I swung in this evening and just grabbed some potato salad (omg, it's fantastic!) And stuffed pork chops. It's was absolutely ridiculous how amazing it was. Juicy, tender and my 6 and 2 year old loved it! It's worth every penny, this is some Prime (restaurant) quality meat. I'm so dang excited they opened so close yo us and can't wait to get some more!

Came in for some birthday steaks and ended up getting a bone-in ribeye and the filet. They were MAGNIFICENT. Worth every penny. So much better than a grocery store cut 🤤 Employees and owners were very friendly and helpful. Sides looked delicious, too. Plenty of offerings including rubs, jams, cookies and prepared foods (like chicken salad, green beans and mashed potatoes) as well! We will be back for sure. So glad they came to Union! 🥳
