Chick-fil-A

Unfortunately- our first time at this Chick Fil A and it was a struggle - the drive through wait was really long (even though we were first in line) I had ordered a salad with grilled nuggets and got breaded nuggets- I asked for cheese removed and there was cheese - I asked for extra egg and there was none- I am gluten free and dairy free so…. I didn’t get to eat that night (we drive away before noticing since I was the driver and we didn’t have time to go back) Also - they entirely missed one sandwich in the order - so 2/5 of the order - so 40% of the order was wrong- I was able to get comped for the sandwich in the app but not the salad- I wish we had had more time to go back and make it right but usually drive through is something we need to get through quickly.

I tried the Southwest salad and it was absolutely delicious! I’ll definitely order it again, highly recommend it 100%.

I've been going here regularly, and the past 2 weeks have not been a good experience. We always go to DT last time they gave us breaded chicken instead of grilled chicken. Now I ordered meal strips and I got nuggets. And I have to ask for the cone ice cream because they forgot to give.

This chick-fil-A is 1 of 1 anytime that I step foot in this establishment, stellar service I’ve never had an issue here hands-down the best workers I’ve ever seen in my existence and some of the fastest service I’ve ever had. I really love coming to this Chicfila over any Chicfila in the area. A huge shoutout to the management team and trainers for taking care of there employees it really shows in their performance.

I usually prefer the drive-thru for its speed and convenience, but I decided to dine in this time — and I was not disappointed. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, the tables were spotless, and the customer service was excellent. I’ll definitely be returning.
