Customer Reviews
The workers were nice and the food itself tasted good. The issue lies with afterwords. We have eaten at standalone chick fil a's a bunch of times and have had no problems. We got dinner from this mall location yesterday, only to spend the rest of the night into the morning, sick. Not sure what the difference is here or if something was not as it should be, but not being able to leave the bathroom is a concerning result after eating food we are typically fine with.
You certainly don't get much for your money Over $30 for two sandwiches small ones too just a regular chicken sandwich with pickles nothing on it A salad and tiny little chicken nuggets that look like crumbs The service was wonderful but the food not so good I can't believe how much it cost I could have gotten a meal elsewhere would have been a lot cheaper and I would have gotten more food for what I paid for this stuff And the sandwich wasn't even that great it was kind of salty
Mall food court location. Appeared to still have the full menu. Fast service. They'll walk the food out to you in the food court if you decide to sit and wait.
it’s definitely more on the expensive side, but you have to remember that it’s chick fil a, and you can never really go wrong with it. i recommend if you don’t think you’d like anything else at the mall. also keep in mind it’ll most likely be more busy compared to other places in the food court.
This location is the worst. I usually go to Chick-fil-A because you can count on quality service that other fast food restaurants these days don’t provide, but this one gives the whole company a bad name. On my most recent order, they not only forgot BOTH of the gluten-free buns I requested and literally just gave me a wet deconstructed Chicken patty, lettuce, and tomato in a bowl, but also carelessly threw 5 packets of the wrong sauce in the bag AND gave me an 8 count grilled nugget when I asked for 12, so quite literally nothing in my order was correct. By the way, everything was listed correctly on the receipt, so this was just workers being careless and not at all checking the order. So disappointing. I really expect better from Chick-fil-A.
