Chick-fil-A

Great visit to grab breakfast this morning. We started out with a very pleasant and happy employee at the front counter. Madeline was smiling, eager and very helpful with placing our order. Today we had two Bacon, Egg and Cheese biscuit combos with hash browns and orange juice and the Mini 4 count with hash browns and orange juice. Our meal came out hot and fresh to our table. Kathy was another smiling face that brought the food to us. She was a very sweet and helpful employee that really made our visit even better. Not only did she deliver the food, but she may sure we had napkins and condiments. She even visited with us at our table and we talked a little about international travel and the beautiful country of Guatemala. It was a pleasure speaking with her and we enjoyed her company and

I visited the Muscle Shoals Alabama location on 10/23/25 during the lunch rush. The dining room and the drive thru were completely full. I came inside for my order. I was in and out of the restaurant within 2 minutes of placing my order. My food was hot and fresh and very tasty except the fries. Most places these days don't add salt to fries and understand the logic. It would be nice if the staff would inform the guests when fries are not seasoned. No matter what, I will still come back to Chick-fil-A. The customer service and facility standards are top notch.

I only eat here for breakfast since I've heard so much bad stuff about their chicken sandwich. I usually don't have a issue with the breakfast but my sandwich today was pretty bad. The bread was hard and burnt under the bottom. Was really disappointed and since I'm working I didn't have time to go back and show them. Hopefully they'll do better next time

Ordered from our Table. Served 4 minutes later by a friendly smile and kind words. Food was hot and fresh, Delish!

All ways packed out but they get you in an out fast the food is all ways good never bad an the atmosphere is so great I love eating here
