Stopped into Chick fil A for lunch today. Something about this joint is anywhere you go, customer service and the food is always consistent. That's what I love about this place. You know what you're getting yourself into. They pride in those two things, customer service and product. I love this about them. We went through the drive thru today. We would have loved to dine in but time wasn't on our side today. The gentleman that was helping us today wasn't the nicest. Which really threw me off. Very dry. Didn't smile. Didn't laugh. Wasn't courteous. Not your typical drive thru experience for me. If you're role is to be nice and helpful to customers and you Cactus deliver, maybe you shouldn't be helping guests. i found bug inside of my sandwich, underneath my pickled. it was alive. absolutely disgusting. i am appalled. i loved chick fila and this absolutely ruined it for me. never going here again!

So this is 2x time now the murray city location has forgotten items from my order. I never got my irems refunded. Im not happy with chicfilet. Always mess8ng up the order. And i tried calling for a refund and i just get put on hold. I called 2x now. Im not waiting for a refund anymore IM PISSED NOW. Basically i called the store and they said come back and get the item. I cannot i lev 15 miles away. I want my money back. Im not coming tinto chic filet anymore. I need a break from all the bs orders being messed up missing items. And i stopped at chic filet for my wife beause she likes your soup and guess what no crackers with the soup nowparrish lane store messed up. I dont want free food i want my MONEY BACK! I go to drive through. I'd like some eggs. Just eggs. Okay here is the total. Any sauce? Just eggs please. They confirm what I ordered. Eggs They hand me chicken nuggets. And don't understand why I'm frustrated Come on.

0 stars if it was possible. Ordered from the app for curbside. Turned my hazards on like the app asked me to. It updated and showed they were working on the order. Then it updated showed they would be bringing it out. I waited over 30 minutes, watched 4-5 sets of cars through the drive through, and they marked my order as complete without even bringing it out. I didn’t get anything. Absurd. I was plenty visible from the front of the store, with my hazards on the entire time, they carried out multiple orders to the cars next to mine, and clearly saw that a customer was waiting and chose to ignore them and not fulfill the order. If you decide to use mobile order id recommend driving the extra 15 minutes to get proper customer service. Avoid this location.
