Chick-fil-A

Usually I try to avoid hitting up food places when they’re in their last 10 minutes of closing but I got off late and wanted to use some of my points on the app. The food looks and taste great so far considering how close to closing they were and I much appreciate the 3 girls that were working the drive thru tonight with it being as cold as it has been. The girl at the window had phenomenal customer service and work ethic and I really appreciate people that hold a positive attitude especially when it’s freezing out and after a long day.

TYRESE IS AWESOME!!! He held the door open for us, and when I mentioned my ankle hurting he was instantly concerned. Then when he noticed we didn’t have drinks he got us FREE drinks. We loved him. Sweetest person ever, he deserves the world. Also, the food was good.

I went to Chick-fil-A and ordered ten ice cream cones, and when the workers first heard it, they were like, “Oh my gosh!”—it was so funny . Their reaction made the whole moment even better because the customer service was amazing. They didn’t complain or take forever instead, they got right to work and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. By the end, we had ten ice cream cones in cups, and everything looked perfect. It only took about five minutes, which was super fast! Honestly, I really appreciate how kind and quick they were, and I definitely recommend going to that Chick-fil-A!

Service was very nice, but I did see a young worker get grazed by a truck. I don’t think children should be outside risking their lives like that. I also didn’t get my chicken nuggets in my order, and now I have to wait 2-3 days to get my money back, but it’s the holidays so I highly doubt I’ll see it any time soon. I go to Chick-fil-A for good service and because I know they don’t mess up orders, yet this location has done this to me twice…I spent $40 there on my family, and didn’t receive what I paid for. I’m extremely disappointed.

I love the Mac and cheese but July 5th 2025 I received a large order of dried Mac and cheese , Michael the MANAGER claimed that's all they had and brought me another of the bottom of the pan burned cheese dried out Mac and cheese. I told him I order Mac and cheese all the time it's always creamy hot and delicious, not this dried out mess. I took it and snapped pictures to post and I told Michael I was going to do so, he claimed that was all they had. I didn't eat but I will be taking it back Monday to show another manager the crap I received.
