Chick-fil-A

Food was fresh and quickly served. All the staff were terrific. From the guy taking orders at the counter, to the girl who brought the food out, and the manager who stopped by to check on the meal. Everyone went the extra mile. Great job all around.

Wow I been so many chick fil a , but this one is very friendly , Vivian went behind and behind with my order and make sure and I have everything in dine , as a manager for chick fil a for 6 months and , general manager for dunks , means a lot to me to see good employee like Vivian :) thanks Vivian

I love Chick-fil-A so I decided to do a mobile pickup order at the Methuen location. I picked it up in store, then ate it at someone’s house. I was almost done my meal when I noticed a piece of plastic at the bottom of my fry container. I have no idea where this came from or how it happened. Needless to say I did not finish my fries since this is gross. I know it’s just plastic but this should NOT have happened and I have no idea how someone didn’t notice this when making my meal. Employees are all extremely open, friendly and attentive. I've only gone to a Chi-fil-a once before (only this one in my area) so didn't realize you ask for toppings, but chicken was juicy on its own so was good. Place was clean. All good!

Was literally waiting outside in the pick up parking spot for 15 minutes. I thought this was a curbside pick up not a walk in. I wouldn’t have got my food If I didn’t walk in. 6:20 2/26/26 clock that, these guys suck at their job.
