Chick-fil-A

Food was great, however there was a brunette female worker with a yellow vest who was audibly talking about customers in a rude manner. None of the workers even gave us a "my pleasure", we did order breakfast near the last minute, but I don't believe this warranted this kind of behavior. Probably wouldn't go to this location again.

You are travelling and you see Chick-Fil-A and think, YES, some reliable good food and good service and good experience – and if you go to the Mechanicsville Chick-Fil-A, you are right about all of those things. Service was great. The chicken we got was tasty. Even though we went at the height of rush-hour, the staff was efficient and friendly and the indoor dining was clean. This location has a kid’s play area too.

As always, the food and service at Chick-fil-A rarely ever disappoints! The drive-through line was long, but they kept it moving and our wait time was very reasonable. Ask them for their frosted passionfruit lemonade, it is not on the menu, but the order taker clued me in to its existence, and I thought it was quite delicious!

Youre traveling and you see a chick-fil-a sign and you think.. oh consistent fast food service well. I thought to quick I was traveling from Williamsburg, VA to Washington, DC with my son when we stopped at your restaurant after seeing the Chick-fil-A sign from the highway. We placed our order in the drive-thru without any issue, but when we reached the window to pick up our food, we were asked to park in a drive-thru parking spot. That was concerning because I specifically used the drive-thru to keep the trip quick and convenient. After parking, we waited over 20 minutes for our food while watching several cars that ordered after us receive their meals and leave before us. It felt like we were forgotten about. Stopped at this location on a holiday weekend, so it was pretty busy. The workers were all very kind, the food was fresh, and there was little to no wait time to get our food. The best chick fil a i’ve ever been to!
