From the moment we walked in, the place felt welcoming. Victoria at the register was super helpful when my Chick-fil-A app wouldn’t scan my rewards code. Our food came out hot and fresh almost right after we sat down, and everything tasted great. The staff did an awesome job keeping the restaurant clean, constantly walking around to make sure nothing was left behind. The play place was really nice, definitely one of the best I’ve seen. Everything from the parking lot layout to the pictures on the walls made this location feel friendly and well put together. Great experience overall!

I have always loved Chick-fil-A and I have never had a problem till now. I got a Market Salad and the lettuce was disgusting. I called about it Monday a week ago to complain. They told me I would get a free salad. I didn’t get it. Then I went on Saturday and talked to the manager. Again they took down my information and said I would get a free salad. I still have not received anything. This is not acceptable.

I had an incredible experience at Chick-fil-A, and I can't recommend it enough. The food was outstanding — fresh, flavorful, and reasonably priced. Every bite was a delight, and it's clear that quality and taste are top priorities here. What truly sets Chick-fil-A apart, however, is the exceptional customer service. Every single staff member I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making my visit memorable. They went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed and satisfied, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. In a world where good food is often expected but great service is rare, Chick-fil-A truly stands out. I’m genuinely disappointed with the Chick-fil-A on the Carlisle Pike. This location used to be fantastic and detail oriented, but lately the quality has really slipped. My husband and I have had multiple recent visits where our orders are missing the extra toppings and condiments we requested. For example, on January 19, we went through the drive-thru around 7:30 p.m. and ordered two Cobb salads. We specified all our dressings and the extra topping packets that come with the salad, like the bacon and peppers you sprinkle on. When we got home, we realized none of those extra items were included—no dressing packets, no extra toppings, not even forks or napkins. I ordered a regular deluxe chicken, got a spicy. Asked for light ice I got a cup 3/4 of the way FULL OF ICE. see pics. Your staff is awful. I wouldn't be here writing this if this was the first, second, or even 3rd time you've screwed up my order. It's a constant lately. You clearly don't care. Word of advice to others if you stop here don't use the drive thru so you can be sure you get what your ordered inside the store. Update 6/2025. This is the worst Chick-fil-A location by far.
