I shouldn’t have to ever rate a Chick-fil-A so low, but repeating issues of cleanliness shows that this location is in dire need of intervention from their leadership. This location struggles to maintain cleanliness throughout their lobby. I have spoken with the manager on shift in the past, and action was only taken after I addressed my complaint to them directly. However, these restaurants should maintain cleanliness proactively, rather than reactively. Failure to maintain a clean restaurant is both a health and safety concern. Individuals could trip on the debris on the floor, or bacteria could be lingering on the table that someone’s arms touch, spreading the bacteria and creating illnesses. I order mobile pick up here for lunch often. I know they get busy between 11am - 1 pm with lunch orders. So I typically place my mobile order at 10:40-10:45 in order to beat the rush. I always click “at the restaurant, prepare my order” on the mobile app since I am a minute drive away and would like them to start it before I clock out for a 20-30 minute lunch break. Consistently, I will get a notification that my food is ready but when I get to the counter, they still have items to prepare. “Let me go make your…” nope, I just have to mark it missing from my order and go without it. I don’t have time to wait for ten more minutes for the food to finish preparing. The other Chik fila has a pick up shelf with completed meals by the time you get there and they’re a much busier location. Not sur

This location horrible, customer service is non existent here. Made a mobile order then went through drive through to pick it up, they gave me my order before I pulled out of parking lot I checked bags and was missing items, went back in side there was 5 employees just standing there talking about their personal business and not even offering to help me or the other 4 people standing there waiting. Once I was helped they just stood there and acted like it wasn’t their fault I was missing items, finally had to make a scene and get upper management to help me. This is probably the fifth time I’ve had to go back inside and get them to correct my orders. The ONLY reason I’m giving it even 2 stars is cause it’s the closest location to my house.

The absolute worst Chick-fil-A ever. I travel for work. Eat at Chick-fil-A’s all the time all across the country. This location consistently has the longest wait times.

Went through the drive-through, and the girls were great. They were Very polite and were very helpful. Appreciated the blessing offered as we pulled away. The line, though long, went really quick. We were second to the person at the window, but they brought our stuff out because it was ready. I'm really amazed at the piece of chicken on my sandwich. Thick is the only word I can think of. Someone worked hard to find the right supplier. Good meal and great staff. Enjoy
