Chick-fil-A

The employees at this place were super friendly and helpful. This was my first ever to eat at Chic Fil A and it was a good experience most because of the tone set by the staff. The food was good but the gluten free bun was dry and broke apart before I was done eating. I have eaten at one other ChicfilA since this visit and maybe not return for the food but if I were to be near this location, I would return.

I'm so sad! I've been eating 2 chicken strips, a small order of fries and one ketchup for a few years now. I was a bit sad when the price went over the $6 mark, but it has been fairly steady. On Tuesday, March 3, it was $6.23. I walked in this evening, March 4, and over night the price went up 73%! When the girl told me it was $10.78, I had to ask her to cancel the order! I guess I'm not going to be able to eat there any more. Even if I was wealthy, that is ridiculous.

I don't understand y I had to sit and wait for half of and hour n the drive thru at this place I thought they was all about getting thur there quick in Louisville I was n and out 10 min tops Louisville is like a NASCAR pitt crew compared to the 1 n Lexington but that's just my opinion

I love Chick-fil-A but this store needs help to train their employees better. I placed my order in the drive-through this morning and drove off and it was wrong. I wanted a sausage egg and cheese muffin with pepper jack cheese and no American. I got a chicken egg white pepper jack muffin I returned it and then I got a biscuit with sausage, egg, and pepper jack. I returned it. I finally got the right sandwich and it was cold, the bread was not even toasted and it was so dry I could hardly swallow it. I just brought it back into them left it on the counter, told them what was wrong. I figured I will just go to a different store and hopefully get a better outcome. They need to have a better set up for the mobile orders. It really sucks having to wait twice as long to order your food because five people go ahead of you. This is the number one reason why I avoid eating here.
