Chick-fil-A

Absolute slowest drive thru line known to man. I’ve never waited 25-30 minutes in a drive thru line before…until today. And this is for food I already ordered and paid for. Why isn’t your second lane for mobile orders only like Crain Hwy in Waldorf? What’s the point in ordering ahead? Come on now…

New pretzel chicken sandwich on point. Yummy for the tummy. But ordering drive thru could be a little faster.

I tried to call to privately let management know how disgusting the food was but they just let it ring and then hang up via automated response. Ordered #3 nuggets were greasy, fries were pale and rubbery and our drinks were basically all ICE. What a waste of $20 it mostly ended up un the trash. Chick-fil-A would be fuming if they new the standards held by this store. Do Better People.

I hadn’t even gotten through the drive-thru and I was already very happy with my visit! There are so many amazing people at chick-fil-a but one of the girls taking my order, Zoey, had the most amazing energy ever!

This is what my dinner looks like........soggy bread, overcooked and burnt chicken, pasted on cheese (u can't even tell that it's pepper jack) and last week's lettuce. NOT ACCEPTABLE! The frustrating thing is that this is nothing new at this site and trying to call to complain??......goes straight to an automated song service.......I don't have time for that!....it's already wasted from the quality control I just performed which by the way should have been done by the Chick-fil-A staff before handing to the customer.
