Max is a remarkable worker! I’ve encountered him twice, and both times he impressed me with his attentiveness, genuine energy, and impeccable manners. The first time, last year, he stepped in at the busy register, and carefully took my order. No attitude, no rush, no bad energy. He wasn’t even told to do this; he simply stepped up to help while he was “supposed to be outside” (According to the manager, she didn’t even thank him for doing so , which shocked me! he deserved a high five or something ! 😅 missed opportunity in leadership) He went above and beyond to make sure everything was correct. I've eaten here many times and half the chicken always comes out raw. When I told the waitress, she said she couldn't do anything and just walked away! Terrible service

I really love this place hands down . The food always hot cooked to order and fresh. I was waited on by Addy and she was so pleasant and smiling . After my order was placed. Addy continued to say my pleasure with such a beautiful beautiful smile . My my Day pleasant. Thanks Addy and crew awesome Job.

We always order breakfast in the morning and it’s never a problem, today we ordered breakfast as usual I began to eat i bite down on something hard i spit it out a nose ring i called customer service to report it and took the information and told me if i wanted faster service to go back to the restaurant. I talked to the very nonchalant manager Anyi to explain what i had experienced. She tells me no one back there is wearing a nose ring when everyone in there is wearing a nose ring. Than her assistant manager comes up with her phone trying to take a picture of me. All i wanted was to do was tell them what i just experienced. Although we love eating there, its most definitely our last time.

The staff was not the best that day. Had to tell the kid at the drive thru twice what I wanted because he was interrupted by other staff looking for someone. Then when repeating it got it wrong. I corrected him, my order came out & the drink was not the size I ordered. I tell the woman, she was not happy with me, went back to the window got the drink I ordered & charged me the extra .50. Very odd for chick fil a, they are usually very nice. I never go to that location, usually Kenner or Metairie on Vets locations. Will stick with them.
