#1 The funniest reviews are about the size of the nuggets. This is their normal and ok. U like big process or steroid nuggets, other options exist. Natural breast are $ & not huge. If huge u pay $20 for those strips. #2 A NC store would NEVER hand you cheese in a cup, they would remake your sandwich and express remorse while telling you their pleasure to fix it. I can see service issues in the mid west region compared to the Southern home of Chick-fil-A. I lived in North Carolina for 20 years (From New York City-- didnt grow up with Chick-fil-A or Coluvers. I grew up on Popeyes and KFC). Chick-fil-A pride centers with their service, quality and speed. Bad habits may hurt this transition out of their home region. The food was really good but I spilled the lemonade 😞spend about $10 per person. It’s always hot and fresh the youth working here are very nice and never call me “honey” “sweetie” or any other name other than the one I provide😊.

Ordered a spicy deluxe ADD Colby Jack cheese. We were charged 30 cents, and the sandwich came out wrong, without the Colby jack. When I went in to ask for a remake, I was instead given a single cold piece of Colby jack cheese in a container. Actually absurd.

As always I love chik fila A especially the chicken strips and the spicy chicken sandwich deluxe with waffle fries. chicken is so juicy and fresh breast. And it costs me around $13 for all of these and it was out quick as well. Staff were polite and teenagers. Sometimes I see staff talking to themselves and make little delay, but here they were quick. I liked it.

Chick-Fil-A is possibly the greatest overall fast food restaurant. For this one, I got the chance to go through the drive-thru and it was an experience, to say the least. The order taker did not say “my pleasure” like the store's policy requires and he did not repeat the order back to me resulting in an incorrect order. I was in a hurry so I chose not to just take the tomato off. The overall wait time from entering the line to getting my food was around 15 mins so not super bad but they could do better. The parking lot seemed really clean and it was relatively busy. I give this establishment a 3 out of 5 since their order-taking, hospitality, and time were below expectations.
