Chick-fil-A

I normally do not complain about restaurants, but this time I am genuinely frustrated. I have been to this Chick fil A twice in the last month, and both experiences have left me extremely disappointed. The first visit was through the drive thru. I was in a hurry and did not check my bag before leaving. When I got home, I realized I was missing Chick nuggets and fries, nearly half of my order. I called immediately and was told to come back through the drive thru and they would make it right. I returned within two minutes since I live nearby and then sat in the drive thru for over 45 minutes waiting for the replacement items. By the time I finally got home, my original meal was cold because of the extra wait time for food that should have been in the bag to begin with. What was even more

Went yesterday— Staff was inconsiderate. I cant have butter or oil so I got a grilled sandwhich and asked them to not butter the multigrain bun (they said not to worry because they never buttered the multigrain buns). I got my food and the bun was soaked in oil. I told them, and instead of giving me a new sandwhich they threw the meat, tomato, and lettuce into a salad container which made the lettuce and tomato soggy. Then, they gave me a bagged gluten free bun. Why gluten free? I basically had to remake my sand-which at home.

Shae was so kind and helpful! She checked on our party of 6 multiple times and made sure we were satisfied. Her customer service was top tier! Thanks, Shae!

I Love Georgetown CFL food, my Gluten Free bun was very dry and crumbled and I ended up throwing my sandwich away yesterday 😞 It's ok the fries and peppermint drink made up for it. They were fresh and delicious. It would be nice if some of the hirer up staff ladies were kind and smile, all the other staff is so very friendly. If we are portraying Christians The greatest is Love. I will keep them all in my prayers and I am so very thankful for all their very hard work I'm sure it is so stressful and goes beyond my knowledge. BLESSINGS

Not sure why everyone loves this place I have to say that the chicken flavor is ok but the texture of their chicken is rubbery not what I expected it to be from all the rave about it finally tried it pricey and actually not the hype it was put out to me not sure what I missed but I was not able to say that it's all that
