Chick-fil-A

Chick-Fil-A is always great. Good food, fast service in the restaurant, and a very nice and friendly employee. Food was good as always. Tried the chicken tenders for the first time and I’m hooked!

My 5 year old son & 2 year old son wanted whipped cream and a cherry on their ice cream and this chick-Fil-a refused. Which is crazy to me. Every CFA I’ve ever been to has happily obliged this request but this CFA (Duncanville off Wintergreen) said that “per policy they are not allowed to put whipped cream or a cherry on ice cream”… Doesn’t matter if your 2 kids cry, doesn’t matter if you’ve spent hundreds of dollars here over the year…. They simply CANNOT part with a dollop of whipped cream and a cherry. Ridiculous. Won’t be back.

I visited the Chick-fil-A location in Duncanville on October 1, 2025, at 6:00 PM, and I have never seen a line as long as this one. There was only one worker on taking orders, and about 12 cars were waiting for more than 15 minutes. When I finally received my food, my order was incorrect; I got a shake instead of a Sprite. This location definitely needs some management training, as I would not expect this level of service from a franchise that prides itself on getting things right the first time.

Chick-fil-A delivers every time. You get good food, quick service, and friendly employees who stay attentive. The restaurant runs clean and organized. Your order comes out fast and accurate. The food tastes fresh and consistent. I recommend this location for reliable service and solid meals.

Took my grandbabies - They were disappointed that, there was no playground, but they did get a coloring sheet with word puzzles searches and ice cream! Thank you to the kind hostesses in the lobby who brought it over to help with their disappointment! ♥️♥️♥️♥️ Thank you for your thoughtfulness!
