Chick-fil-A

Nasty. All of the chick fil a in the des moines area are so bad. . . I couldnt even finish my meal. Nasty DIRTY food!!!!! The service is horrible at this location and all others too. I find myself coming less and less . . .

This is a smoothly run operation. I was surprised how quickly they worked through the drive through. My Spicy Chicken Sandwich was hot, the bun was soft and tasted fresh. My waffle fries were hot and had to cool down before I dare eat them. The lemonade tasted so refreshing. Lots of napkin, the condiments I requested, and all completed with the "My pleasure" we have come to love.

Always amazing service! I went through the drive thru a week or so ago and ordered, then pulled ahead and a younger boy made sure to stop and tell me my brakes were squeaking and it was extremely dangerous to drive in that condition. His concern was so sweet and thoughtful. You have very nice employees, I am always impressed! I already had plans to fix my brakes but appreciated his genuine concern!

I DoorDash in the evenings as a side gig and this is the only Chick-fil-A restaurant that I’ve been treated with poor customer service by the employees I went through tonight and got an order. I was told to go through the drive-through and then when I got to the window, the young woman at the window was rude and making face because she was irritated that I went through the drive-through when that is what I was told to do. If you’re gonna work in customer service, you need to know how to have a good attitude and not make faces that people you’re doing business with

Sure beats some other fast food. The grilled chicken is super tender & moist.
