This location is consistently excellent. The food is always fresh, hot, and exactly what you expect from Chick-fil-A, but what really stands out is the service. The staff here is friendly, efficient, and genuinely kind—even during busy times. Orders are accurate, the dining area is clean, and the drive-thru runs impressively smooth. You can tell this team takes pride in what they do. It’s refreshing to have a fast-food spot in Cumberland where customer service still feels like a priority. Reliable, welcoming, and always a good experience. Highly recommend this location.

Wonderful experience in a town I wanted to stop in after passing through on way to Virginia! Fresh flowers on all the tables, friendly staff (who went above and beyond), and clean! Plus a great view of the adorable town!

Chick fil a anywhere is a good choice, but this one was exceptional! Fresh flowers on the tables, a corner with things for the kids to play with, each high chair had a placemat and sanitizing wipes, and the service was stellar. We got there at a very busy time and our food was brought to us, at our table, in just a few minutes. We needed drink refills and the staff getting the drinks saw me waiting and quickly responded and got the drinks with a smile and a thank you. It felt almost like a full service restaurant, but with much better service! Fantastic job.

It was very busy when we were there. My daughter used her app to order our food before we went in & we picked a table & scanned the QR code on the table we chose & and employee brought our food out immediately. I got a spicy chicken sandwich w/waffel fries, it was delicious

This location isn't particularly unique for the franchise, but I've always had great food and great service. They are very efficient with the drive through, and have a nice large dining area. It's a bit complicated to get to if you're coming off I-68 westbound, but follow the signs and you'll be okay.
