Allegany County Library System-South Cumberland

Hey! It's quite here! Is this a library with books, computers and things to learn? Not only is it quiet it has a great staff. I received my first library card since high school. The seating is comfortable and large windows just in case my book selection bores me. Come join me, but don't get too excited and yell out! It's a library.

The library staff was awesome!! there were several kids in here playing games on PCs and they were obnoxious and rude.. no one listened.. THIS IS NOT A f'''''''''''''''''' DAYCARE AND I NEED TO STUDY AND ITS WRONG THEY LET THEM RUN STUFF.. i heard they were like this daily.. not fair to respectful people and staff really failed us today... sorry to drop bad note but its pure insanity!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! maybe never come back

It is the best place in the world

Staff is very nice and BEYOND helpful. They also have community events that are pretty nice. Any age can enjoy the environment provided here.

The staff is super knowledgeable about their offerings and can get anything you might want through the Inter-Library Loan. The new design is really great too!
