Intersection here sucks Traffic sucks here Tickets aren't read and asked by server if we ordered something that is clearly printed on the ticket that she knew she didn't bring out. Prices went up Food quality went down And not getting what paid for. Only good thing is they got rid of the playground.

Food is good because it's chick fila. This location service and organization just sucks. Whoever is in charge needs some pointers from the surrounding locations on organization and service. West Columbia location - Amazing, Ballentine location - Amazing, Both Lexington locations - Great. Harbison - awful.

The staff were very kind and from the time we ordered our food to sitting down literally took less than two minutes! Crazy fast and shout out to Meagan, she was very helpful. Thank you guys! Also check out the way they handed out the tray, so clean. 🔥

Slighted on the $70 chicken nugget tray pre-order for Christmas Eve. Mind you the tray was ordered 1 week in advance through the app and paid for. Received a call from the store that morning to ensure a medium tray was being prepared and that the order would be picked up. Had someone pick the tray up and the tray was only a small, was not ready on time, in fact the staff was totally confused. My guess is another customer got my tray. Filed a complaint with chick fil a online and corporate said they forwarded it to the store manager. NEVER heard from store manager, no apology, no accommodation, NOTHING! Columbiana mall location is not well managed or at least not that day. Disappointed in service! Staff seemed dazed, confused and unappreciative of customers keeping them employed by patroni

It’s always a great visit at Chick Fil A but this one was top tier! When I came in two corporate Chick Fil A men were heading out , and one opened the door for me . When I walked up , the cashier immediately said “Are you picking up or Placing an Order” , immediately ready to service me! She let me know she would take my order as soon as I was ready. Dave placed my order. He was knowledgeable about the Tortilla Soup I asked about. Food was DELICIOUS! I got the 12 ct nugget and decided to give to soup a try for the first time. Wonderful choice. Absolutely delicious! Just perfect. Love the hint of spice ! Just enough! Lastly, Marie came around and made sure my meal was tasty and took my tray when I was done eating. I was in the mall and almost went to the CFA there but opted out . Glad
