Chicago Express

Since I moved to the Spring Hill area a few months ago I have not been disappointed. Until now. I have been searching for a good cheesesteak sandwich and figured I'd try Chicago express. Big mistake. I ordered a cheesesteak and a side order of breaded mushrooms. The woman at the register was polite and friendly. I was able to order and sit while I waited. It wasn't extremely long but it was longer than expected. I got home and unpacked it. Everything was way overcooked. The mushrooms were dark, but I tried them. They were so bad the breading turned to grains in my mouth and the mushrooms were chewy. Overdone. The sandwich was smaller than expected. The filling was spread out and only covered about ⅔ of the roll. I tried it and this was also overcooked. The onions were stringy, dark an

First time eating here. Enjoyed our cheeseburger and Philly cheese. Fries were good and crispy. Ask for the fry sauce. Friendly staff. The place has the "quick lunch" atmosphere. Large menu. We will put the place in our regular rotation for lunch. You should give a try.

Food and service was phenomenal! I ordered a cheeseburger and fries. The hamburger was huge and fantastic! Fries were delicious and everything was fresh and hot. My son ordered a Philly cheese steak and fries and he said they are always good. This was my first visit and my son took me because he really likes it. I'll definitely be going back to try different things.

Tried this place for this first time and it was delicious. Not a big fan of their ranch so didn’t enjoy my onion rings as much. And it’s sad because the onion rings are actually great here. For that reason I have to give it a ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️. The chilli cheese dog had plenty of toppings. Would definitely come back and try something else and I’ll re-edit my review then.

I love the frys and fry sauce however 17.50 each for a meal is wild especially when one is a grilled cheese and frys and not even a lot of frys. The ice machine is covered in mold so no telling how other things are upkept
