Chi-Chi's Restaurant

Well, after eating here on several occasions over the years and having to continuously have to use the bathroom in the not good way, afterwards. I keep trying again and it keeps being the same issue. It y help that a friend ordered soup and there were actual bugs in it after she ate half the container, recently. With the recent price increase and all these other issues I just can’t support this business. Not sure how it passes the health department. They are nice and courteous but they need to address the kitchen bugs and cleanliness of kitchen/dishes.

I love Chi Chis! Coming from someone who has been to many restaurants and businesses all around the country- this restaurant is superb! Talking about atmosphere: I love the diner feel. Alongside that everything is clean and presentable. Service: Our waiter, Erin, was very kind, full of smiles and just all around pleasant. She consistently offered refills on drinks and tended to our needs and or questions. Speaking about great people- have you met the chef, Jay? Great man who makes even greater food. Transitioning into the food: one word- DELICIOUSSS. I’ve been to this restaurant multiple times and each time I’m there it isn’t very busy and I never understand why when the food is so delicious. Recently moved to Rogers City and had their food for the first time, I was very pleased! The waitress was wonderful. I had a lunch special with a grilled ham and cheese, brocolli and bacon soup and a Dr. Pepper. The sandwhich was a good size, the bread was so good. Simple, yet satisfying! Definitely will be returning. Thank you!

Went here for dinner. We sat down right away. Has a diner vibe. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Greeted us right away. Besides the items there was a special menu on the wall . we split the open faced beef and gravy. It was on very good bread. We loved our meal. It was quiet place so you could easily have a conversation

We stayed in town for the week for work and we ate here several times throughout the week. From the soups to the wraps to the burgers and their service everything was amazing. Their hobo soup and their cheesy bacon potato soup were my personal favorite and everything is made from scratch. 10/10 would go again
