Food and service has definitely declined. They were out of French bread by 12pm. They forgot a salad in our salad trio. Forgot crackers and bread. Got about 4 pieces of meat on a corned beef sandwich. Sad an old favorite is going downhill. Won’t be back for sure.

Best sandwich shop on north side . 1st time back at the restaurant since 2013. Nothing has changed still great chicken salad sandwich and pasta salad . If on north side town it's a must try. Don't let line out the door scare you it moves quickly .

I love how this place clearly has history based on the demographics of the people we saw here at lunch. I’m glad we got here before noon because all of a sudden it became super busy and the line was almost out the door with seniors. This is an old deli with a very simple menu. They make sandwiches, a few soups and salads — simple. I ordered the turkey sandwich and a cup of chicken noodle. My wife ordered the ham sandwich and a cup of chicken noodle soup. It was the perfect amount of food if you hadn’t eaten breakfast with enough left over to take home. The chicken noodle soup was hearty with a flavorful broth, chunks of carrots, and pieces of white chicken breast. Next time I might get a bowl. Chelsea’s Deli is a Kingwood favorite. Family owned business that has been in the area for many years. I love their chicken salad..it’s incredible! It’s made fresh daily along with bread and croissants. I always buy this when I have a party serving a group. I’ve included pictures of a recent baby shower for a friend. Many compliments on the food..especially the chicken salad as usual!!!

Chelsea's is my go-to lunch spot any time I'm in Kingwood. The chicken salad sandwich and their soups are my favorite! The staff is always so sweet and they move quickly to get your order taken care of right away.
