One of the best restaurants in Amherst! My partner and I order from here once or twice a week; the food is consistently fresh, hot, and delicious. Everything is seasoned perfectly. The all-day combo is so affordable, with a lot of options. We like the General Tso's Chicken, Mapo Tofu, Beef Teriyaki Skewers, Poached Chicken over Rice, and Crab Rangoons, but you can't miss with anything here. The service is also so sweet and lovely, definitely the highlight of Chef Lau's. Thank you!!

We had an excellent experience at this hole in the wall Chinese Take-out/Dine-in establishment after a long business workday. The owner was super friendly and helpful, and he made several recommendations of authentic Cantonese dishes. Everyone enjoyed the food very much. BYOB was okay as well.

I heard that their business is struggling due to the decline in foreign students at UMass. Please try them and order some great Chinese food!!

Drove 2 hours to vsit Chef Lau from Boston for 2 times, tried different dishes, all came out with excellent taste and quality. The most authentic Hongkong food we have ever eaten in the New England area.
