The Halal Cart

Halal cart is the best you can get: affordable, quality and tasty. I like spices so I prefer his cart because the food and sauces are the most flavorful imo. Also fast service.

No respect for the customers. Rude. Food was horrible. Spanish flavored Jazmine rice chunks of onion broccoli? Lettuce? Nothing like I have when I go to Brooklyn (Brownsville) or Jersey. Don’t buy

One of my favorite eats in the Amherst area. The white and red sauce add a nice spice and flavor to the meats, and the meats are juicy and tender on the inside. I always get the combo over rice, and it comes with good portions of meat. He primarily takes cash only, and there may be a line but you can also call ahead. Prices are affordable and cheap for the portion size. There is only bench seating nearby for the church, and it may get a bit cold waiting here in the winter, but it’s worth it.

Chicken is better than gyro; it’s delicious, street Middle Eastern-like, and fairly priced. However, I was unsure how the meat could remain healthy in hot weather without a refrigerator.

not bad at all!! great service even when hes busy. food is so good love the combo or lamb over rice. and its relatively cheap for the portion you get!
