Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

Bar area nice. Loved the fish tank. The croissants were devine. Light and buttery. Ordered chicken pot pie. It was just ok. It needed more seasoning. The broccoli cheese casserole was kind of dry. Baked potato and salad were good.

We were seated quickly with no wait. Our order was taken promptly. We realized there was a problem with our order when patrons seated after us were getting their meals.y companion ordered a pick 3 appetizer plate for his meal. I ordered the grilled Shrimp alfredo. I did not realize the shrimp were blackened. The manager understood our concern regarding our long wait and discounted our food order. I would really have to think hard before patronizing this establishment again

As an occasional visitor to this establishment, this was our worst experience here yet but unfortunately the decline seems to be a trend. We were super excoted to find a restraunt without an extensive waittime given that it was a weekend at peak dining hours, but our excitment faded after waiting over an hour and a half for our food! Our waiter only visited occassionally, never offering an explanation for the delay. My husband and I honestly began to wonder if he simple forgot to enter our order onto the kitchens cue burn we never complained or pushed the issue. Patrons all around us arrived after us and were finished and leaving before our food came out. The food was very good! I had an each of ribs and the wife had the chicken pot pie! The restaurant is very nice and nicely decorated with Christmas deco when you enter. Our server, Laura Was excellent! She checked in on us often, but not too often. The fries came out under cooked, but our server, Laura took care of it immediately and brought out a perfect batch! Laura Is a top notch server!

This was our first visit to Cheddar's and we are impressed,from appetizer to main dish food was good and served at appropriate temperatures. Our waiter Devante and the manager were exceptional, waiter was attentive and engaging,manager stopped and checked on us and was friendly...only bad thing I saw there was a waitress with a large tattoo from one hip to the other on her backside which she was proudly displaying with her shirt pulled up enough that it could be seen,wouldn't stop us from going back but not necessary in that setting
