Visited12.14.25 @ 1:31 am customer service was great No issues. The food was okay The fries warm just like the burger. I understand the time of service played a part. But if they ask me if I wanted fresh food I would have waited. I went back December the 18th, 2025. The same cashier waited on me. I received great customer service again. The food was hot and fresh I am very excited. I ordered the small Chicken bites and fries $4.99.

I arrived there at 10:30 am. I went through the drive-thru. I like the automated experience. The person at the window was not as great. The fries were cold. The fish was warm. I waited about five minutes so I thought the food would be piping hot it wasn't. Those cheese cake bites where not good either but they were piping hot. I won't be going to Checkers anymore.

When you want something different & better than the usual McD, RedHeadedChick, or BK... this is the burger you crave. The seasoned fries are unique but reminiscent of Arby's without being curly. Delicious filling food at reasonable prices. And if you think this place is expensive, go to 5guys, cause they'll change your mind. Eating in your car like Sonic is an unexpected change of pace. They do have 3 tables to eat in the sunshine or rain but they look dirty and uncared for... Like no one's ever used them. But IDK cause we're here from out of state. Regardless, this was an enjoyable tasty burger meal.

0/10 wouldn’t recommend. The young ladies working tonight literally walked past the window 3 times EACH before acknowledging me. I stood outside in the cold waiting to be acknowledged plus the additional wait for the food. They moved with no urgency but sarcastically told me to have a good evening once bringing the food to the window.

Great value for a great lunch. It was just enough but the drink was extremely small. That chicken sandwich was really good.I would like to sit and eat not in my car but all is good.
