The best sourdough around! Porch pick up is super easy and Jada is great about posting when she does bread drop offs to stores. The rosemary & sea salt sourdough absolutely delicious and the pancake mix is awesome too. Highly recommend!

I rarely ever leave reviews.. probably a total of 5 in my 32 years of living but this sourdough deserves my time! I am an integrative medicine fellow and family medicine physician. I have had a gluten allergy for > 10 years and have had to rely on gluten free breads which we all know are not great. After speaking with the owner of chasing birds I decided to give it a try. Not only could I tolerate the bread.. the probiotic rich food helped heal my microbiome and chronic SIBO. I am sooo grateful and purchase rhis bread fresh weekly! 10/10 recommend.

Jada makes the best fresh sourdough! She uses organic ingredients and each loaf is consistent in taste and texture. Rosemary Sea Salt is definitely my favorite!

Excellent homemade sourdough bread. Easy online ordering. Bread was super fresh and ready for pickup exactly when promised. Definitely the best handcrafted rustic sourdough bread in the lake’s region. We will definitely be ordering again soon.

Hands down the best baked goods in the state. Everything is just delicious and high quality. Everyone in my family loves her products. Personally, I've been gluten free since 2009 after developing a gluten sensitivity from brewing beer for 5 years, and this sourdough is the first time I can eat bread again without any issues.
