Just plain good! I never feel like I'm eating 'health' food, but at the same time I've been able to reach my health & weight goals eating Fit & Fresh meals daily. Super efficient delivery + their 'grab & go' store is awesome as well. Highly Recommended!
I've been a customer for (3?) years; order my lunches here almost every week. GREAT food, very fresh, very tasty, never once let me down. I've even tried a bunch of new things I wouldn't have tried before. Because of F&F I eat *much* healthier than if I ordered out, or went out, or ate fast food. Locally owned small business, good people, good service, good food. Can't lose.
Have been ordering from fit and fresh for about 8 months now and I haven't been disappointed once. Great customer service and overall a great product.
