I decided to try this place today after seeing it on Instagram, and honestly, ignore the mixed Google reviews. This spot is a must-try if you’re in Queens. The portions are ginormous, the food is packed with flavor, and the staff is genuinely welcoming. This place easily deserves 10 stars 🌟. I highly recommend the mixed chapli platter with the white sauce, medium-spicy sauce, and sweet chili sauce, an absolute flavor bomb. 😋💘

I ordered takeout from Chapli and Chips. I ordered the beef chapli and the chicken chapli and it was off the hook. I highly recommend the kicker sauce and the hot sauce. The flavors in the food are amazing. You can’t stop eating it and the fries are absolutely delicious. Check out the pictures for yourself 😊

Great food and even better service. The employees make you feel home and are very friendly! The food was a 10/10 — definitely try it with the sauce it added an extra kick to it. Highly recommend and will go back to try other menu items.

It's my favorite plater now. Anytime you order it, they'll make it fresh 100% guaranteed, and I love that. Their service is top-notch. You can ask them to modify the plater as you like, and they'll do it with a smile. For example, the Chapli kabab plater comes with hand cut fries, but I like their Season Fries batter every time I ask them to give Season Fries instead of hand cut fries and they always do that for me without getting annoyed or rude. The girl at the register always greets me with salam and says, "How are you, brother?" I'll always choose this place over any halal place.

I visited on a Friday night and ordered a chicken chapli platter and a beef chapli platter. Both were delicious - generous quantity and great taste. The service was also pretty good, with the guy making my platters giving suggestions on what sauce would go best with my order. Everything is halal, the prices are fair, there’s a good amount of seating inside, and plenty of parking on the street nearby.
