Chapel Hill Public Library

Great facility with many different kinds of spaces for sitting, reading, and studying. I'm proud it's part of my community. Great staff. Excellent collection with good technological access. Heavily used, which is both a blessing and a curse. At busy times, finding a spot to sit can be hard. Access to really popular titles can be limited. And you might be pushed to park in overflow lot.

I came on Sunday afternoon, and it was so crowded that I barely found a seat. I really like the view of the trees outside the window.

Beautiful public library nestled right outside downtown Chapel Hill. Clean, quiet, and easy parking outside. B3 coffee inside is a 10/10!

Participated in a class at this location. The room was great, space was adequate. Restrooms are clean and stocked. The coffee shop was not open the whole time. Quite for the most part. The front cafe/seating area was littered with homeless with all of their belongings. Even though the library doesn't open until 10, there were homeless being let in well before that time.

Magnificent large library with breathtaking architecture. Lovely staff and great ambience and of course the books make it a delight to spend many hours here. Perfect weekend haven for the whole family.
