Valentine’s Day weekend. Service was quick, and the food was delicious. The tomato basil soup was amazing, would recommend. I always get the Chicken and Prosciutto pasta, so I highly recommend that was well. Our server, Diana, was very fun and friendly. Great job from her!!

I visited this restaurant after seeing it recommended in a food review, but unfortunately, my experience did not go as I had hoped. When I arrived, the restaurant was empty, and since I had a broken foot, I was hoping to sit at a booth or a regular table. However, I was only offered a seat at the bar, with the option of waiting 20 minutes to sit outside on the patio. I ordered a pizza, which is priced at a premium compared to other places in the area. After placing my order at the bar, I was left unattended for about 35 minutes until another staff member delivered my food. During this time, I did notice another server beginning her shift, setting up her station with care and using gloves, which I appreciated. When I was ready to leave, I asked for a box. Centro had potential, but my experience just didn’t connect this time. The vibe was nice, but the execution felt a little off from the timing of the service to the overall balance of the meal. The atmosphere had energy, but the follow-through missed a few details that matter. I’m all for growth and consistency, so I’ll check back again later to see how they evolve. This restaurant has real class. The food is phenomenal. We had the crab cakes as an appetizer. Not only were they amazing they were the size of an apple fritter. I chose Chicken Piccata and was glad I did. It was the best I’ve ever had. My wife ordered a small salad with salmon as an add on. The salad was not remotely close to being small. The salmon was literally the size of a 4x6 photo. She will have another meal from it. Steven was our server. He was very knowledgeable, attentive, and spoke to us like regulars. He is genuine and kind. The other food I saw being served looked delicious and was large portions. If you think they are pricey you’ll get what you paid for in quality and portion. Centro thank you and retain your talent.

I had the cavatelli, my son had the bluecheese burger, and my friend had the rigatoni. All were excellent. The coffee was great. And the complimentary bread was good. It would have been better with a little marinara sauce. Service was a little slow, but it looked like they were a little understaffed. I have eaten their pizza in the past and I like it very much. I'm going back next week to try the pizza margarita.
