Love the atmosphere here! Beautiful space and amazing iced espresso and bagel sandwiches. The service here is super fast and friendly. Very accommodating for my espresso request. Would highly recommend and plan to come back every time I’m in the area

We really enjoyed our visit to Central Sip! Seems like locals visit it often and for good reason. Has a nice, homely vibe with a great menu of eating options and beverages

It’s a very clean and welcoming cafe right along the strip. Staff is friendly and attentive. Coffee was great. My wife got a peanut butter fluff cold brew coffee and she loved it. We both got turkey bacon avocado bagel.

Central Sip has a lot of potential, but our first visit felt a bit disorganized. The ordering system was confusing—especially with the kiosk layout not matching the printed menu nearby—and it wasn’t clear how to place an order or ask questions. The overall vibe, from the drink names to the decor, felt a little scattered in theme. Our order, a bacon, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel, took over 30 minutes to come out, and we only interacted with a team member once when checking on it. For a quicker morning experience, we’d probably opt for a dedicated coffee shop or breakfast at the hotel across the street next time. We stopped down here for breakfast because my husband remembered the place as a gas station MANY years ago and were curious to see the changes. The staff were very polite. We got breakfast sandwiches. My husband's only complaint was they only offered it on bagels. He isn't a big bagel person. The building is very tastefully decorated. There is plenty of seating in two rooms. They have odds and ends you can purchase through the store for gifts or personal use. We place our order at the counter and paid via a cash register but they do have two kiosks for order placing. The building is handicap accessible. Parking is very limited. They have a couple of spots and then you need to park on the street, which there isn't much right in front of the building.
