Horible customer service. First, the woman who took my order clearly wanted to be somewhere else. She didn't greet with a hello, or even may I help you. So I ordered my sandwich and she told me to take a seat, "I want more, " I said and that seem to annoy her. A couple minutes later, she brought my soup, placed it on the table in front of me, and walked away, without saying s word. After waiting 15 minutes, a second employee asked me is I was waiting on something and told her I ordered a sandwich 15 minutes earlier. She came back and said she couldn't find my order. I told her an order was taken because i got soup. Her response was snotty as well, 'If you still want it, I'll make it." Nice people working, great menu options, and the prices are good. The vegetarian grinder was awesome. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

Exactly what you want in a little sandwich shop, good food, soup, and a grumpy old man behind the counter. Is he a little abrupt? Sure, but maybe you would be too if you spent the last 40 years telling people to order at the other counter under the two very obvious signs I somehow missed. The shop is definitely a throwback and feels very nostalgic. We will be back again for sure. Oh its cashier only so don't forget to bring some or hit the atm.

Great place for simple and nicely made sandwiches. They are well known for their soups. Their chicken soup being my favorite. Make sure to arrive before 1pm( the earlier the better) if you want eggsalad sandwiches or chicken soup as these are usually sold out post 2pm in 90% of my visits.

Our favorite sandwich shop in town. Best grinders and soups hands down.
