First time visit and loved it. We had the four course which secured a reservation at a window table for two. The space is cozy with a bistro vibe, but we were told there is downstairs seating and a seasonal patio. We noticed that incoming regulars got hugs from servers ! We enjoyed a bottle of white wine from Portugal that was a great compliment to the food. The mushroom escabeche held in a single endive leaf was powerful in its perfect delicate flavor and texture combination. The beets presented as a jewel complimented with a creamy rich feta, pine nuts and raisins. The asparagus plate was splashed with a sharp vinegar., maybe a bit too sharp for the wine. The cod was seared crisp, so fresh, and succulent. I've tried many versions of potatoes brava and this version was fried cubes of po

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Wonderful experience- all four courses were superb and service was fantastic! Our first dining experience in Portsmouth and although we had other positive experiences during our visit, this one stood out above the rest. Would definitely recommend and we hope to return!

I was able to get a same day reservation for a lovely Saturday in October. I sat on the patio under the heat lamps, and was quite comfortable. The menu is a $59 price fixed. You order everything at the same time and your server spaces it out for you. The service was excellent, as was the food. I started with some almonds and olives. Super delicious and authentic. Then I had the potato leek soup, which was missing a touch of salt in my opinion. I ordered patatas bravas which reminded me of the ones I get in Spain. So good. My entree was the paella, which was absolutely delicious. I can’t remember the name of my drink, but it was basically a creamy, spicy, tart drink, absolutely perfect. I had one of the best meals I have ever had here. I will definitely be going back.

Had a great experience — the food and service were excellent. The menu changes frequently, which keeps things exciting. We’ll definitely be back soon! Just a heads-up: reservations are a must.

The food was terrible. Super small portions which would be cool and fancy IF the food was good. But it’s not food was honestly gross. Plus we got charged 10 bucks for legit 5 potato cubes with like sauce on it. Staff was especially rude. Atmosphere was loud and unfriendly. I felt as though the staff was over pushing us to get drinks, by placing extra drink coasters and asking three separate times if we would like to order drinks. Terrible experience. Don’t go here.
