We were going to another restaurant but pulled into Cava by mistake! But boy it was such a good experience for all of us! The food was delicious, refreshing and light. You can either order your bowl as a set meal, or like what I did, by pointing to the item to let the staff put it in my bowl for me. Lots of vegetables, meats and prepared mix vegetables choices. 8 dipping sauces, avocado! Rice, pita and more. Terrific dining experience! The made in-house beverages are non-sweet mix or regular soda. So many choices to complete your meals! Love it! Will come back for more!

“Fresh, Flavorful, and Worth It!” I stopped by the CAVA in North Brunswick and was really impressed! My bowl was beautifully put together. The ingredients looked super fresh and colorful, and everything tasted amazing. The falafel was crispy on the outside and soft inside, and the toppings blended perfectly. The staff was friendly and the space was clean and comfortable. Definitely one of the better and healthy alternative fast-casual spots in the area. I can’t wait to come back!

Sean recommended the braised lamb and I was initially hesitate but it was very tasty! Clean and calm atmosphere. It was a nice afternoon dining experience.

Extremely disappointing experience at the CAVA in North Brunswick. The staff was miserable, unwelcoming, and clearly unprepared. The manager stood off at a distance watching while the line struggled and food was not kept stocked for guests. I ordered the avocado harissa bowl, only to be told they had no rice ready at all—neither brown nor white. Instead of apologizing, the employee serving the food was rude, made faces, and acted as if it were somehow my fault they weren’t prepared. I even offered to take my bowl as is and asked if they could bring the rice when it was ready. That never happened. I ended up eating what was basically just a salad. Between the lack of food availability, poor attitude, and complete absence of management support, this location is a mess. I would never recom

After a long home entertainment install, The team decided on a healthy salad option. Our first time. I did the super greens, brown rice, black beans, spicy chicken with light salsa and hummus. Surprisingly the chicken was flavorful spicy. The greens were fresh. My only complaint is the portions, for almost $12 im looking for a full bowl. I felt it could reach the top of the bowl that didn't. Other competitors fill to the rim. We have big jobs that require big meals. Otherwise clean, outside seating. Staff could be friendlier when first meeting customer. But generally a great experience.
