Butcher 360: all you can eat Korean BBQ

Great experience here. The food is cooked for you so all you have to do is enjoy. The beef dumplings are incredible, the flavor is similar to a beef patty- YUM! And the bulgogi was 100/10 omg. I will be coming back. They also have alcohol!

I’ve seen some bad reviews complaining about price and calling the staff unfriendly, which is honestly comical. First off, if you’re worried about pricing, stay home or grab fast food. This isn’t that kind of spot. This is for people who work hard and want to treat themselves or celebrate something special—and every dollar is worth it. Food-wise, I highly recommend the beef brisket and spicy chorizo. For sides, the glass noodles, popcorn chicken, and white rice are must-haves. Try to starve yourself until you get here so you can eat as much as you can. The staff minimally engaged with us but made sure we had everything we needed. At first, I thought the staff was neglecting to give us our requested sides, but she did us a favor. By pacing the number of sides served, she made us realized we needed to focus on eating as much meat as possible. We ate a total of 6 meat trays. I recommend just getting plain meats. Marinade meat tastes too sweet. Drinks and deserts is an extra cost from buffet. It was a nice experience but still on the expensive side. Full price on weekends and dinner time. Lunch prices are only on weekdays.

We visited Butcher 360 for an all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ lunch, recommended by my wife’s Korean colleague. The atmosphere feels upscale yet welcoming. We ordered beef brisket, pork rib, and beef bulgogi, along with beef soup, steamed egg, and kimchi on the side. Everything was excellent—especially the brisket and the steamed egg. The marinade on the bulgogi and pork rib was a bit on the sweeter side for our taste, but still enjoyable. The service was also outstanding. The servers cooked and cut the meat for us, always keeping an eye on the grill. They kindly explained how to enjoy each cut with different seasonings and even adjusted the portions to suit us. We will definitely be coming back.

Long wait, but in general everything was great, but the steak and some other meat really didn’t have flavor. Server was awesome with keeping things going for our group.
