Cauldron Chicken

The food was healthy and light on the stomach, this is cleaning eating. Wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great, breast was dry. Lacked flavor to me, slight hint of herbs. The cucumbers were good, but tasted of sesame oil only. Overall not bad but lacked a lot. Place is a bit small so it’s hard to maneuver. Customer service was good, and it was clean imo.

For reasonably priced fall of the bone chicken with the Chinese herbs and bbq chili powder, this is the spot. The chicken was so juicy I even enjoyed the breast piece. The place is small, so take out is not a bad idea if not enough seating. Did the full chicken combo and split it with a friend, for average person on the lighter side so big ppl get an extra side or two as the sides run a bit small. Definitely going back for that chicken for sure! Friendly staff, bathroom not sure if they have one.

Marinated cauldron chicken. I have never had any chicken so tender and just break apart upon touching. You get what you get, no complaints. It’s a restaurant that specializes in their chicken, and they do that just well. It was very tender and juicy. The sides were not bad either, but not the main highlight. Downside is no bathroom.
